Frequently Asked Questions

What ratings do your tray-cable assemblies carry?
We build with Type TC/TC-ER tray cable (600 V) per UL 1277 and sell as UL QQYZ wiring assemblies. Temperature rating and construction depend on the selected cable specifications.

When can TC-ER be run outside of tray?
TC-ER permits certain exposed-run applications were supported and protected as required by code. Always confirm route details with the project’s engineer and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

Do you provide connectors, lugs, and hardware?
Yes—on request we include ring lugs, gland fittings, strain relief, and related hardware, pre-installed or kitted by tray zone.

What testing is performed?
Continuity and phase-rotation plus Hi-Pot at 2× operating voltage (up to 1.5 kV AC). A digital test certificate is generated and stored per serial number.
